Responsible for the information directly released by our company. If words and deeds are inconsistent and directly cause losses to businesses, this website should be held responsible. However, they refuse to bear the losses caused by the customer’s own reasons (e. g. do not look at the product details, product attributes, such as a single pendant is not equipped with a chain, the product has no packaging box, the product size is different from imagination, etc.) and hope that the customer can read more and ask more questions.
The product pictures are real shots, but some of them are from the internet. The description of each product is as accurate as possible, and customers can buy with confidence. Serious errors caused by negligence will be corrected in time and returned for free.

◆Member Order Requirements

Timely payment of orders. If no payment is made within 3 days after the order is placed, the order will be automatically voided.

◆其他约定
如双方通过其他联系方式达成的协议与本条款相冲突,按双方约定执行。
缺陷产品换货:会员收到商品后3-7天内发现质量问题,请与本公司取得联系后进行调换,本公司承担来回运费。
公司维修或保养:公司根据实际情况收取相关费用。如属公司原因造成的产品质量问题,公司无条件负责。如属客户不小心造成的产品损坏,公司将根据客户要求进行维修,但来回邮费由客户承担。如维修费用超过10.00元,客户需承担基本人工费。
